• Pre-Pregnancy: Based on your pre-pregnancy pant size for reference in the size chart. Note, if you have gained more than 35lbs. During your pregnancy please add 1 size up to ensure proper fit.

• Post Pregnancy: Measure the smallest part of your waist, typically above your belly button. Postpartum recovery garments are designed to be compressive and fit comfortably snug.

• Note - if your waist and hip measurements fall into different sizes, use your hip measurement to choose garment size.

Definitely worth the investment

I don't know how I managed without this for my first c section. I love how it gives support and pressure to the right areas without suffocating you. The legs were a little tight but that's because I also gained some weight there so whatever. The 'easy access' crotch is a useless feature, because I definitely wore underclothes underneath this--it was so much more comfortable that way. You kind of have to completely undress to use the bathroom but oh well. Other than those things, it was a fantastic purchase. Shipping was quick, I felt it was a reasonable price for the quality, and it is making life so much easier for me now as I try to get back on my feet and recover with a newborn and toddler. Will definitely recommend!
